If you are building in a newly developed estate, then the builder will have to follow their guideline and also need to obtain the Developer’s Approval.
While it is very easy to lose sight of the time for this pre-construction stages but it is equally important to keep it in mind if you are planning to build a home for the first time as this time does add up at the end.
